2023: Appeared in 13 games, starting 10…Amassed 804 minutes, playing the full 90 minutes on two occasions…Notched a goal and an assist, including an assist in a 1-1 draw with Stockton…Fired off 12 shots, with 5 hitting the target.

2022: Made 22 appearances, all of them in the starting lineup…Played 1752 minutes, completing full games on 10 occasions, including a 110 minute overtime game against Rutgers-Camden…Netted five goals and an assist, including a brace in a 4-0 win over Marywood…The Scarlet Raiders outscored opponents 52-29 in games featuring Dias.

2021: Dias appeared in 21 games, starting 20 of them... He tallied the 2nd-highest minute total with 1793 while adding two goals and an assist from the defensive unit... Dias made an instant impact upon arriving to the squad as a freshman, helping anchor down a young back four... Dias not only helped prevent opposing players from taking open shots but he was also a threat on the offensive end as one of his two goals came against Montclair State University in the final regular season game... 

Personal: Dias chose Rutgers University-Newark because he grew up playing in Newark and wanted to be close to his family and friends... His hobbies include soccer, volunteering and video games... His favorite movie is Superbad and his favorite food is Portuguese food... He was a state champion... He wants to be remembered for his work on and off the field... His club team is Ironbound.
