JUNIOR (2012): Saw action in 19 games with 11 starting assignments... hit .231 with nine hits, four RBI and seven runs scored… .256 slugging percentage with one double… four walks upped on-base percentage to .318… just one error in 57 chances for a .982 fielding percentage… went two for five with a double, two RIB and a run scored in an 11-10 loss to Rowan (4/28/12)… went two for three with a walk in a 9-4 season-ending loss to Rowan (4/28/12)… went two for four with an RBI and a run scored in a 2-0 upset of Chapman (3/10/12).

SOPHOMORE (2011):  Saw action in 16 games earning two starting assignments for the 23-19 Scarlet Raiders who shared the ECAC Metro Championship… flawless in 24 chances in the field at second base while taking part in four double plays… hit. 182 with one double, five runs scored and an RBI… walked five times to push his on-base percentage to .357… went one for three with an RBI, two walks and two runs scored in a 20-5 win over New Jersey City (4/2/11)… had a double, walked and scored a run in a 19-11 win over Lehman (4/19/11).

FRESHMAN (2010): Saw action in 13 games as a shortstop, pinch runner and pinch hitter… hit .375 with two doubles among his six hits… slugging percentage of .412 and drew a walk to up his on-base percentage to .500… stole two bases in as many tries… went two for two with a double in a 10-3 loss to Keystone (3/31)… went two for three with a dboule in a 20-9 win over Baruch (4/11).

HIGH SCHOOL: One of the premier players in North Jersey in his senior year…hit .562 with six doubles, four triples and four home runs…also knocked in a team-high 28 runs…Finished the season with a 24-game hitting streak…earned First-Team All-Passaic County and All-NNJIL …was also named Second-Team All-State Group 4… played in the NJSIAA Senior All-Star Game (top 100 seniors in the state)… played three seasons of varsity baseball for former Rutgers-New Brunswick standout and Cleveland Indian draftee Sam Ferretti.

SUMMER LEAGUE: Captain of the Passaic American Legion team in 2009.

PERSONAL: Undecided on major field of study at Rutgers-Newark… born in Santiago, the Dominican Republic… son of Katia Tejada and Marcos Lopez… has one younger brother, Eudomar.
