HONORS: Second-team All-NJAC (2014)

2015: Finished second on the team as a junior in batting average, hitting .339 on the back of a team-high 40 hits ... played in and started 34 games, ripping five doubles and three home runs - both second on the team ... totaled 54 bases and slugged .458, reaching base at a .452 clip which was good for a .900-plus OPS ... drove in 19 runs and scored 26 of his own, also working out 20 walks ... clubbed two home runs in a doubleheader at Occidental on March 14 ... had multiple hits in 11 games, including five in a span of six games from March 14-20 ... homered in a 2-for-4 performance against Montclair St. on April 18 and led the Scarlet Raiders to a win in their season-finale with a 3-for-3 line against Stockton University ... drove in multiple runs in four games.

2014: All-NJAC second team outfielder… hit a solid .321 while starting in 35 of the 36 games in which he appear for the 13-24 Scarlet Raiders… NJAC Player of the Week (4/6/14)… second on the team with 25 RBIs and 43 hits… stroked three doubles to finish with a .343 slugging percentage… hit .329 with 15 RBIs in NJAC play… drew 16 walked to up his on-base percentage to .399… made just two errors in 51 chances in the outfield (.961 fielding percentage) while contributing three assists… hit safely in 26 games with 13 multi-hit efforts… put together a 10-game hitting streak in the middle of the season… went three for four with a double, three RBIs and a run scored in a 9-4 win over DeSales (4/2/14)… went six for eight with two RBIs and two runs in a doubleheader loss at Montclair State (4/6/14)… went four for 10 with five RBIs, a double and a run scored in a doubleheader split against New Jersey City (4/5/14)… helped spark a 7-1 win over Redlands (3/18/14) by going two for three with a double, two RBIs and a run scored… went two for four with an RBI and a run scored in an 8-6 win over Wesleyan (3/16/14) in California… went two for three with a pair of RBIs and a run scored in a 7-6 win over TCNJ (4/7/14)… went two for five with an RBI in a 6-3 win over Kean (4/10/14)… went three for five with an RBI and a run scored in a 23-7 loss at Rowan (4/12/14).

2013: Appeared in 22 games with 12 starting assignments… hit .259 with 14 hits, seven RBIs and six runs… stroked three doubles to finish with a slugging percentage of .315… drew six walks to post a .328 on-base percentage… went two for four with a double in a 6-2 loss Rowan (4/13/13)… went two for five with an RBI and a double in an 11-8 loss to Alvernia University (4/16/13).

HIGH SCHOOL: A two-sport athlete at Madison HS earning three letters in baseball and one in basketball… section two north 2 champs, and Northwest Jersey Conference champs in 2012…earned first team all-conference and third team all-county in baseball… earned second-team all conference in basketball.

PERSONAL: Son of Debra and Roger Dias… has a younger sister (Marissa)… his cousin (Dylan) played football for Northwest Missouri State (2010-2014)… plans to major in accounting.
