2023-24: Appeared in 24 games off the bench…Collected 449 minutes for an average of 18.7 per game…Put up 5 points and 3.3 rebounds per game…Had six blocks and 19 steals.

Personal: Ayden Brown is majoring in Finance. Ayden has earned an impressive array of awards, including 1x All-County 1st Team, 2x All-League 1st Team, 1x All-League Second Team, Passaic Tech MVP, January Athlete of the Month, and North Jersey Basketball Player of the Week (Jan 29th - Feb 4th). Certified in CPR and dispatch, he enjoys spending time with family, playing video games, watching baseball, dancing, and hitting the gym. Ayden's preferences range from the movie "Polar Express" and his favorite dish, Chicken Alfredo, to his preferred musical artist, Gunna, and admired athletes Jayson Tatum and Stephen Curry. He chose Rutgers University-Newark for its strong academic programs and because he was recruited for the basketball team, showcasing his dedication to both academics and sports. Ayden comes from a supportive family, with his older brother Scott Royster Jr. having played Lacrosse at Kean University. Ayden wishes to be remembered by his coaches for his gratitude and commitment to personal growth and by his teammates for his dedication to learning and giving his all on the court.
