Santos topped Devil senior Adam Geiger on the top-flight court, 6-3-, 6-1, while Ayinde stopped freshman Nik Sharma, 6-1, 6-3, at No. 3.
Juniors
Brian Barbera and
Kashyap Patel earned an 8-5 win in third flight doubles over Sharma and sophomore Andrew Scamporino, but FDU-Florham (1-8) took the top two doubles flights before winning four singles matches.
Rutgers-Newark (1-3) hosts City Tech on The Golden Dome Courts on Thursday at 4 p.m.
