NEWARK, NJ - The forecast for a rainy Saturday has forced postponement of Rutgers-Newark's home baseball doubleheader and an away men's tennis match!

The Scarlet Raiders' New Jersey Athletic Conference baseball opener against New Jersey City has been pushed back to Sunday at noon at Bears & Eagles Riverfront Stadium.

The Rutgers-Newark versus John Jay College men's tennis match at the U.S. Tennis Center has been postponed until Wednesday.  The Scarlet Raiders (0-3) will host St. Joseph's LI on The Golden Dome Courts on Monday at 4p.m. before traveling to Long Island on Wednesday for a 3:30 start against the Bloodhounds.
