NEWARK, N.J. (February 8, 2018) – The Rutgers University-Newark men's volleyball team will welcome three teams to The Golden Dome Friday and Saturday, squaring off with Continental Volleyball Conference rival Cairn University Friday night, and turning around for a non-league tri-match Saturday against the College of Staten Island and the College of Saint Elizabeth.
Friday night's match is slated for a 7 p.m. start, while Saturday's tri-match begins at 11 a.m. Newark will tangle with CSI to get things started, CSI and St. Elizabeth will follow and the action ends with the Scarlet Raiders taking on Saint Elizabeth.

The Scarlet Raiders have raced out to a great start, winning 5-of-6 matches to start the year. Since their only loss to second-ranked Stevens Institute of Technology, R-N has ripped off four-straight victories, dropping just two of the last 14 sets they have played.
