PITMAN, N.J. - Fejiro Akiri earned All-NJAC First Team honors after capturing the NJAC title in the weight throw at the New Jersey Athletic Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships.

Akiri delivered a championship performance with a throw of 15.55 meters to claim first place in the event. The mark not only secured the conference title but also ranks 84th in NCAA Division III this season.

With the victory, Akiri automatically earned All-NJAC First Team recognition, awarded to the conference champion in each event.

For the Scarlet Raiders, Akiri's title marks a major achievement and continues to build momentum for the program as the indoor season comes to a close.
