Rutgers-Newark Athletics

SENIOR (2008): Bounced back from a knee injury which cost him his true senior year to become a member of Rutgers-Newark’s first ECAC Metro Championship finalist squad... started in five matches while playing in 13 contests... fed Jeff Vazquez for the first goal in a 3-2 win over Mount St. Mary (10/8/08).

JUNIOR (2006): Started in 10 matches, playing through injury to see action in 16 contests for the 5-11-1 Raiders… primarily used as a defender and midfielder.

SOPHOMORE (2005): Started in 13 of 17 matches played... netted the Scarlet Raiders’ only goal in a 3-1 loss at Rowan (9/24/05)... assisted on both goals in a 2-0 win over Baruch (10/3/05).

FRESHMAN (2004): Battled through injury to play in five matches including a starting assignment against Alvernia (09/04/04).

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner at Linden HS who helped Tigers to a Union County crown as a senior captain... also captained the wrestling team and lettered in baseball.

PERSONAL: Back on the team after sitting out the 2007 season with a leg injury… majoring in psychology at Rutgers-Newark.
