NOTES: Completed 4-year career with 890 kills and averages of 3.69 points and 3.12 kills per game.

SENIOR (2010): Averaged 2.31 kills and 2.89 points per game while starting in 11 of 17 matches in which he appeared… totaled 120 kills, 11 aces, 60 digs and 36 blocks… reached double-digit points in nine of the Raiders’ first 10 matches… posted double-figure kills in five matches… had season highs of 19.5 points and 18 kills in a 3-1 loss at Juniata (2/15)… notched 16 kills, three assists, seven digs, three assisted blocks and an ace in a 3-2 loss at Ball State (1/30)… recorded a season-high nine digs to go along with 15 kills and three assists while handling 31 serves without an error in a 3-2 loss at Saint Francis (2/13)… had 13 kills, six digs, an assist and an assisted block in a 3-02 loss to Saint Francis (1/23)… roped a career-high five aces while adding eight kills and six assisted blocks in a 3-0 win at NYU (1/27).

JUNIOR (2009): Led the Scarlet Raiders in points (320.5), points average (4.64), kills (263), kills average (3.81), service aces (24) and aces average (.35) to help R-N share the EIVA Hay regular season title… also averaged .96 blocks and 1.39 digs per set… named to The Golden Dome Classic All-Tournament Team… posted double-digit kills in 18 of the 22 matches in which he appeared… posted a career-high 17 digs with 19 kills in a 3-1 loss to Sacred Heart (4/3/09)… had 19 kills with six assisted blocks for 22.0 points in a 3-1 win at East Stroudsburg (2/11/09)… tallied 21.0 points on 14 kills, four service aces, a solo block and four assisted blocks in a 3-2 loss at Harvard (3/6/09)… hit better than .500 in four matches highlighted by a .591 (16 kills, 3 errors, 22 attacks) effort plus three aces in a 3-0 win over NYU (3/11/09)… narrowly missed second double-double with 10 kills, nine digs and four aces in a 3-0 win over Harvard (4/17/09). 

SOPHOMORE (2008): Led Rutgers-Newark in points (362.0), kills (315), kills average (3.89) and solo blocks (11) as the top threat at outside hitter... played in all 25 matches, sitting for just two games... posted double-digit points in all but two matches while reaching double figures in kills in 20 contests... posted career highs of 31 kills and 32 points on an incredible .707 hitting performance (31-2-41) in a 3-2 loss to NJIT (1/30/08)... registered 20 points with 18 kills, an ace and a pair of assisted blocks in a 3-0 win over East Stroudsburg (2/16/08)... ended a streak of eight consecutive double-figure kills matches by totaling 18 in a 3-1 loss to #6 Ball State (4/4/08)... had a career-high seven blocks (one solo and six assisted) to go along with 13 kills in a 3-1 win over Mercyhurst (1/12/08)... notched a season-high three aces and added 11 kills and six digs in a 3-0 win over New Haven (3/11/08).

FRESHMAN (2007): Ranked second on the team in points (230.5), points per game (2.71), kills (199) and kills per game (2.34) behind standout senior Eric Honsberger… played in all 28 matches… totaled 39 blocks (8 solo/ 31 assists) and 68 digs.

HIGH SCHOOL: Tri-River Athletic Conference Player of the Year as a senior at Clovis HS, capping a sparkling four-year career... two-time first-team All-Valley, leading Cougars to back-to-back Tri-River and C.I.F. Central Sectional titles as a junior and senior... chosen as team’s best offensive player as a sophomore and junior before getting MVP honors as a senior... junior team finished 35-6 while his season squad was 36-9... all-league goalie in water polo, lettering for four seasons and earning team MVP honors as a senior... played for the Central Cal Volleyball Club in 2005... selected as an AP Scholar of Distinction. 

PERSONAL: Son of Becky and Michael Stott… has two older sisters (Jenny and Josie) and a younger brother (Neil)… born in Corvalis, Oregon… his uncle, Fred Smith, played wide receiver for the San Diego Chargers… majoring in business management at R-N.
