NEWARK, NJ – Senior Michelle Nagamine put up the best battle for Rutgers-Newark, but Richard Stockton powered its way to a 9-0 New Jersey Athletic Conference win on The Golden Dome Courts.

Nagamine fell 6-4, 7-5, to senior Laura Church on the No. 4 singles court to force the only extra games in the match as the Ospreys (5-1, NJAC 2-1) won their second straight league match after a loss to perennial NJAC champion The College of New Jersey.

Senior Michelle Kvitnitsky fell to Sam Koropchak, 6-3, 6-1, on the No. 2 singles court while junior Maggie Tchorzewska lost to Gianna Letinski, 6-0, 6-4, on the fifth flight.

Rutgers-Newark (2-3, NJAC 0-3) travels to unbeaten TCNJ on Saturday for a 10 a.m. conference match.
