CAMDEN, N.J. | The Scarlet Raiders women's tennis team hit the highway this afternoon to take on Rutgers University-Camden in New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) action. Rutgers University-Newark (2-6, 1-4) fell to Rutgers University-Camden (8-2, 4-2).

Bryanna Thaxton and Sugandhi Yerram Reddy was the only duo for the Scarlet Raiders to score in their doubles match. The duo, however, fell 8-2 while Sophia Raza and Emely Conza dropped 8-0.  

Yerram Reddy couldn't outlast her opponent on court two as she fell 6-1, 6-2.  Sita Suwanetr was the only other Scarlet Raider to register a point in her game as she fell 6-0 and 6-1 on court six.

The Scarlet Raiders return to action on Saturday, October 5 against Berkeley NJ at 1:00 pm.
