EWING, N.J. (September 19, 2015) – The College of New Jersey defeated Rutgers University-Newark by a score of 9-0 in a New Jersey Athletic Conference women's tennis match Saturday afternoon in Ewing.
R-N falls to 0-5 overall and 0-4 in the conference, while TCNJ improves to 4-0 overall and 4-0 in the conference, running its NJAC winning streak to 163-straight.
The Lions won all three doubles matches 8-0 and all six singles flights 6-0, 6-0.
The Scarlet Raiders will return to action on September 26 when they tangle with Baruch College (11 a.m.) at the United States Tennis Center in Queens, N. Y.
