Men's Track & Field Races In Ramapo Invitational

RESULTS

MAHWAH, NJ
| The men's outdoor track & field squad participated in the Ramapo Invitational this afternoon. 

In the 100m dash, Jaheim Wilmbly-Cole took 6th with a time of 12.11. 

Cedric Augustin paced the way for the Scarlet Raiders in the 200m dash with a time of 24.09, good for 8th,  while Rendell Amilcar took 11th with a time of 24.52. Rounding out the squad for the Scarlet Raiders was Wilmbly-Cole (25.42) and Naser Tizhoosh (25.79). 

Rendell Amilcar had a great showing in the 400m dash as he took 2nd with a time of 53.36. Also running the 400m dash was Justin Lee who finished in 6th (56.96) while Daniel Rivera took 7th (1:00.52). 

Lee (2:21.17) and Rivera (2:31.69) both ran in the 800m run and finished 13th and 18th, respectively. 

Maninder Singh took the 4th spot in the 5000m run for the Scarlet Raiders with a time of 17:00.20. 

In the 4x400m relay the quad of Augustin, Rendell Amilcar, Wilmbly-Cole, and Lee took 2nd with a time of 3:41.26. 

In the field events, Augustin leaped to 2nd in the long jump with a distance of 5.64m. He then took part in the triple jump where he finished 3rd with a distance of 12.30m.

At the shot put, Hunter Eldrige finished 8th with a toss of 9.43m.

Timaul Williams had an outstanding afternoon and it started with a personal best in the hammer throw. Williams' throw of 46.05m was good for a 1st place finish and currently sits as the 14th best toss in the country. Eldrige took 4th in the hammer throw with a distance of 21.84m while Dylan Woods-Tomcza took 5th with a distance of 21.26m, both of which were personal bests. 

Williams didn't stop there as he continued onto the discus throw where he took first with a throw of 46.20m. Joining him in that event was Eldrige who finished 8th with a toss of 28.35m. 

In the javelin throw, Sean Deuer took 3rd (43.00m) while Woods-Tomcza took 4th (39.18m).

The men will return to action on Saturday, April 17 for the Bill Fritz Invitational down in Glassboro, NJ.
