Raheem Murray was named NJAC Rookie of the Week for the third time this season.
Murray led Rutgers–Newark in scoring during a 1–1 week, totaling 32 points for the Scarlet Raiders. He recorded two 16-point performances, first in a victory over NJCU and later in a setback against Stockton.
