SENIOR (2013): Appeared in six games with four starting assignments… worked 16.2 innings, allowing 18 earned runs on 27 hits and seven walks with four strikeouts.

JUNIOR (2012): NJAC All-Academic Team Honorable Mention... posted a career best ERA of 3.06 with a 2-1 record in eight appearances… started five games… top ERA among R-N starters… struck out 20 while walking 14… allowed a dozen earned runs in 35-1/3 innings… did not yield a home run… allowed one run on six hits while striking out six and walking one in seven innings to get the win in a 15-1 decision over DeSales (4/3/12)… blanked Alvernia (4/17/12) for four innings to get the win in a 4-2 victory.

SOPHOMORE (2011):  Started six games with one relief appearance for the 23-19 Scarlet Raiders… posted a 4.11 ERA with a 1-4 record… struck out 16 while giving up 14 walks, 38 hits and 14 earned runs in 30-2/3 innings of work… notched a 5-2 win by blanking Rutgers-Camden (4/17/11) over the first six innings while giving up just five hits and two walked while recording a strikeout… in his first collegiate appearance, gave up one hit and one unearned run in two innings of relief in a 4-1 loss to King’s College (2/26/111)… struck out six while giving up a walk, seven hits and seven runs in 5-2/3 innings a 7-3 loss to Denison (3/14/11)… struck out five and gave up five hits, three walks and two earned runs in 6-1/3 innings of a 4-3 loss to Ramapo (4/22/11).

FRESHMAN (2010): Posted a 3-0 record with a solid 4.07 ERA… started in four games with three relief appearances… struck out 10 and walked 13 in 24-1/3 innings of work, allowing 27 hits and 11 earned runs… earned wins in his final three starts… gave up two earned runs and struck out two while yielding seven hits and four walks in a 12-4 win over Alvernia (4/13)…struck out four, walked three and allowed four hits and no earned runs in six full innings of a 7-2 win over Wilkes (4/20)… capped season by getting a win against PSU-Abington, going five innings while striking out three, walking two, allowing just two hits and giving up just one earned run in a 17-2 decision.

HIGH SCHOOL: Two-sport all-star in baseball and basketball at Rutherford HS… in baseball, was first team All-BCSL American pick for the 18-7 Bulldogs as a senior… second team all-league for 16-10 junior squad… in basketball, first-team All-BCSL American and Honorable Mention All-Bergen County as a senior… earned two letters in each sport.

SUMMER LEAGUE: Pitched for defending state champion Lyndhurst in American Legion last summer and helped the team advance to the Final Eight of the state tournament for the fourth time in the last six years.

PERSONAL: Plans to major in business at Rutgers-Newark… son of Helen and Jerry Schneider… has two sisters, Beth and Kari, and two brothers, Jerry and George.
