The Scarlet Raiders (12-10, NJAC 2-2) suffered their second shutout loss of the season while the Opsreys (15-8, NJAC 3-1) completed a sweep of its regular-season series against Rutgers-Newark.

Anthony Caravano gave up a run on two hits in the eighth.
The Ospreys got all of the runs that they would need in the second, scoring twice on four hits. Designated hitter Marc Asta singled home what proved to be the winning run before scoring himself on a double by shortstop Shawn Kessler.
Stockton tacked on single runs in the seventh against Medler and eighth against Caravano to take the pressure off of Mick.
Rutgers-Newark visits The College of New Jersey at 11:30 a.m. Saturday for an NJAC doubleheader.
