GALLOWAY, NJ – Rutgers-Newark suffered its second 9-0 road loss in New Jersey Athletic Conference play in less than 24 hours, falling to once-beaten Richard Stockton.

Dhaneya Kumar's 6-3, 6-3 loss to the Ospreys' Sam Koropchak was the closest match of the day as Stockton (4-1, NJAC 1-1) took all six singles matches in straight sets after yielding a total of two games in doubles play. Stockton's only loss of the season came at the hands of perennial NJAC champion TCNJ.

Yara Elsekhely was stopped on the No. 3 singles court by Sydni Fahringer, 6-4, 6-1.
Rutgers-Newark (2-4, NJAC 0-4), which fell to Ramapo College on Friday afternoon, now has until Friday to prepare for an NJAC home date against Kean. First serve is set for 4:30 p.m.
