The Scarlet Raiders bring back a veteran team with a loaded bullpen and will look to build off of last season where they won 21 games, the most since the 2017 season. Rutgers-Newark leaders, Erich Recchia and Vince Taylor will lead the way at the plate and the mound, and help the Scarlet Raiders achieve their goals in their third season with the team.
Rutgers-Newark opens its season on Friday, February 23 against the top team in the nation, Johns Hopkins.
