SENIOR (2009): Honorable mention All-NJAC and third team All-NJCBA… had a spectacular season at the plate and behind the plate as a senior, hitting .375 as the everyday catcher and playing flawless defense in 207 chances… started in each of 33 games that he played in, driving in 26 runs and scoring 26 times… notched seven doubles and a home run to push his slugging percentage to .464… drew 19 walks against just seven strike outs to register a .482 on-base percentage… had two sacrifice flies and two sacrifice bunts to go along with 42 hits… threw out 11 runners in 38 stolen base attempts and allowed just four passed balls… picked off one runner… hit safely in 26 games with 13 multiple-hit efforts… had a 2-run homer and an RBI single in an 8-6 loss to Kean (4/24)… went three for four with an RBI double and a run producing single in a 12-1 win over John Jay (4/14)… went three for four, walked and scored twice in a 9-7 loss to William Paterson (4/16)… went three for five with a 2-run double, walked and scored twice in a 15-11 decision over Menlo (3/13)… in a doubleheader split against Richard Stockton (4/19), went four for six with three RBIs, a walk and a run scored… drove in three runs with a 2-run single and a fielder’s choice while going two for four in a 9-4 win over New Jersey City (3/30)… drove in two runs with a sacrifice fly and a double while going two for three, walking and scoring three runs in a 16-9 win over Lehman (4/8).

JUNIOR (2008): Platoon starter at catcher with Matt Halligan who started in 13 of the 20 games in which he saw action… committed just two errors in 94 chances (.979 field percentage)… threw out three runners and had nine assists behind the plate… hit .245 with a .321 slugging percentage… drove in six runs, posting four doubles… hit .273 in NJAC games… drew five walks and was hit by a pitch six times to register a .375 on-base percentage… caught all 26 innings of the marathon double-header sweep of Rutgers-Camden (4/5) – including the entire 17-inning second game, going five for nine with three RBI and six runs in the process… drove in the winning run in the 17th and scored the insurance run in the 8-6 win over Rutgers-Camden (4/5)… went two for four in a 3-0 loss to Richard Stockton (4/13)… drove in two runs, singled and scored in a 9-3 win over Montclair State (4/3)… had an RBI double and scored twice in an 11-1 win over Eastern Connecticut (3/15).

SOPHOMORE (2007): Started 20 games behind the plate... hit .250 (17-68) with 13 RBI and 12 runs scored… smacked first collegiate home run against John Jay (4/9) at Riverfront Stadium… had four multiple-hit games including a two for five performance with three RBI against William Paterson (4/7).

FRESHMAN (2006): Had 11 at-bats in 10 games as reserve catcher… drove in his first collegiate run against Occidental College (3/13) in California and recorded his first hit against Rowan (4/26).

HIGH SCHOOL: Two-year starter behind the plate for Passaic Valley HS… won Hornets’ Golden Glove Award both seasons and was the coaches award winner in his senior year… earned honorable mention all-county honors as a senior.
