Pace 10, Rutgers-Newark 5
Pace scored seven runs in the second inning on six straight singles, chasing starter

Senior first baseman
Matt Lingo led off the sixth with a double ahead of junior centerfield
Michael DiCenso who was hit by a pitch and a single by junior second baseman
Matt Connors loaded the bases. Junior leftfielder
Michael Cassese singled home a pair of runs before Reitemeyer's double cut the deficit to 7-4.
Senior right-hander
John Kuder gave the Raiders a chance by turning in four innings of no-hit, shutout relief. He struck out four and walked just one.
But Pace (2-6) tacked on three runs in the seventh before senior designated hitter
Anthony Yeswita doubled home DiCenso in the eighth with the Raiders' final tally.
The Raiders depart for California and their annual spring break trip on Thursday and begin play against the University of Redlands on Friday at 5:30 p.m. (EST).
