Matt Larangera notched a pair of base hits, but The College of New Jersey rode the arm of senior Robert Graber to a 9-0 New Jersey Athletic Conference win.
Graber struck out six and walked no one in the four-hit complete game shutout while the Lions registered 16 hits against four Scarlet Raider pitchers.

Lion catcher Garen Turner opened a three-run first-inning outbreak with an RBI triple. In the second, Garcia hit the lead-off batter for the second straight time to help TCNJ post a pair of runs.

Mark Bruscino to ignite a four-run TCNJ rally which staked the Lions to an 9-0 lead.
The Scarlet Raiders (6-16, NJAC 1-3) fell in league play for the third straight time while the Lions (11-9, NJAC 4-0) reeled off their fourth straight league victory. The win completed a sweep for the Lions in the regular season home-and-away series a day after TCNJ posted a 3-1 win in Riverfront Stadium.
Rutgers-Newark visits New Jersey City on Saturday at 11:30 a.m. for an NJAC doubleheader at the Gerrity Athletic Complex.
